Planning a birthday party can be a real hassle.  Eastview Bowl has a simple system to ensuring you have the most fun at the lowest price.

What do I have to do?

1. Decide on what to do for bowling:

  • Five pin or Ten pin? (Five pin is with the smaller balls, Ten pin is with the larger balls)

  • Request the bumper rails (for kids 8 years old and younger)

  • How many lanes do you need? Up to 6 people per lane, 4 or 5 per lane is fine.

  • How long would you like to bowl? One hour is usual.  Children 10 and up may prefer 1 1/2 hours.

2. Would you like to do food, cake, present opening?

  • We provide the plates, napkins, forks, knives, and cups.

  • A simple cake/gift opening only?

  • The Gallery Restaurant has the right food package for you.  The Gallery Restaurant is a pleasant atmosphere with delicious pizza.

3. Decide on a day and time:

  • We will accommodate birthday parties any time we have available lanes.  The most popular times are generally Saturday and Sunday afternoon.

4. Phone us:

  • The bowling can be booked by phoning Eastview Bowl at 373-4333.

  • The birthday room and food packages can be booked by phoning the Gallery Restaurant at 477-1300.

Q:  Can I bring in my own food?

A:  No.  We do not allow outside food or drink.

 

Q:  How early do I have to arrive?

A:  10 minutes is plenty.

 

Q:  What is the "process" once I arrive?

A:  The process is:

  • Simply make a list of the kids who are bowling.

  • Get the kids their bowling shoes.

  • Once the bowling is finished, take the kids to the restaurant or party room, as indicated by our staff.

  • Enjoy your cake, pizza, gift opening, and games as you please.

  • Send the children home.  We will have your total bill sitting at the front desk.

  • Go home and enjoy the fact that you are done for another year.

 

Q:  How far in advance should I book?

A:  Generally a few weeks ahead of time is best.  This is to ensure your choice of time and lanes (the bumper lanes fill up quick).

 

Q: What do people normally do?

A:  That doesn't matter.  It's what you and your child would like to do that really matters.

 

Q:  What is the total cost:

A:  Bowling Cost + Room Rental + Food Cost.

  • Bowling Cost = Number of lanes x $32.00 per hour

  • Room Rental = $15.00 (does not apply if you are purchasing food)

  • Food Cost = Number of kids x $6.50 (approx) per child
